Gankaku

Gankaku is classed as a "free kata" and may be chosen as a grading kata by Nidan and above. One of the main references for this kata is Nakayama Sensei "Best Karate" Volume 8. Nakayama states "This kata was formerly called Chinto and takes its name from Crane on the Rock"
